摘要
在高质量发展和现代化医院管理制度的背景下,以北京某公立三甲综合医院以例,通过SWOT分析法,深入探讨医院制定中长期战略时,医院的机会、挑战、优势与劣势。医院战略制定应抓牢机遇,坚持改革创新,探索高质量发展模式;明确定位,坚持公益性,引领内涵发展新方向;勇于创新,以问题为导向,拓展医院发展新路径,引导医院全面提升高质量发展水平。
Under the background of high-quality development and modern hospital management system,taking a a GradeⅢpublic hospital in Beijing as an example,through SWOT analysis,the hospital’s opportunities,challenges,advantages and disadvantages are discussed in depth when the hospital formulates its medium and long-term strategy.The formulation of hospital strategies should seize opportunities,adhere to reform and innovation,and explore high-quality development models;clarify positioning,adhere to public welfare,and lead the new direction of connotative development;be brave in innovation,be problem-oriented,expand new paths for hospital development,and guide hospitals to improve comprehensively.Quality development level.
