基于学科中心化的区域医疗中心建设创新实践

Innovative practice of transformation and development of regional medical centre based on discipline centralization

学科建设是医疗质量的根本保证,是区域医疗中心建设的核心要素。以系统性疾病为导向,集合相关专业建设学科中心,是推动医院从传统规模效益向质量效益转变、从单病诊疗模式向整体医学模式转变,从以治疗疾病为中心向以健康促进为中心转变的重要变革。十堰市人民医院在省级区域医疗中心建设中,不断创新完善学科中心体制,建强重点学科中心矩阵。作者从实施背景、实施价值、实施策略、实施路径、实施成效5个方面对该院学科中心化创新实践进行了总结阐述,对深化医药卫生体制改革背景下的区域医疗中心建设具有一定的示范意义。

Discipline construction is the fundamental guarantee of medical quality and the core element to ensure the high-quality development of hospitals.Taking systemic diseases as the guide and gathering related specialties to build discipline centers is an important change to promote the transformation of hospitals from traditional scale efficiency to quality efficiency,from single disease diagnosis and treatment mode to holistic medicine mode,and from treating diseases as the center to health promotion as the center.In implementing the transformation and development strategy,Shiyan Renmin Hospital continues to innovate and improve the system of disciplinary centers and build up the matrix of key disciplinary centers.The authors summarize and elaborate on the innovative practice of discipline centralization in this hospital from five aspects:implementation background,implementation value,implementation strategy,implementation path,and implementation effectiveness,which has certain demonstration significance for the transformational development of public hospitals in the context of deepening medical and health system reform.
