摘要
在当前医改大背景下,首都医科大学附属北京口腔医院作为集临床、教学、科研于一体的口腔专科医院,为进一步明确医院的公益性定位,提高当前医务人员的工作积极性,提高医疗质量和患者满意度,探索基于以资源为基础的相对价值系数(RBRVS)和疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)理论,结合专家评估法,构建一套适合口腔专科特色、以医务人员技术劳动价值评估为基础的诊疗工作绩效分值分配体系。
Under the background of current medical reform,Beijing Stomatological Hospital Affiliated to Capital Medical University,as a stomatological hospital integrating clinical,teaching and scientific research,in order to further clarify the public welfare orientation of the hospital,improve the work enthusiasm of current medical staff,and improve medical quality and patient satisfaction,Based on the theory of resource-based relative value coefficient(RBRVS)and disease diagnosis related grouping(DRGs),combined with the expert evaluation method,this paper constructs a set of diagnosis and treatment performance score distribution system suitable for the characteristics of Stomatology specialty and based on the technical labor value evaluation of medical personnel.
