摘要
自北京市医药分开综合改革和医耗联动综合改革以来,医疗服务项目价格已多次被调整。医保付费方式的不断优化和新冠肺炎疫情防控常态化等新形势,促使医院重新思考和探索薪酬分配机制。笔者通过剖析新形势下公立医院薪酬分配要求,结合北京市某三甲综合医院新时期薪酬分配实践,为进一步优化公立医院薪酬分配机制提供参考。
Since the comprehensive reform of medical separation and medical consumption linkage in Beijing,the price of medical services has been adjusted many times.The normalization of COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control and the continuous improvement of the payment mode of medical insurance are urging hospitals to rethink and explore the salary distribution mechanism.By analyzing the salary distribution requirements of public hospitals under the new situation,combined with the salary distribution practice of a Grade III general hospital in Beijing in the new period,this paper provides a reference for further optimizing the salary distribution mechanism of public hospitals.
