深水半潜平台船体管道应力分析

摘要 深水半潜平台作为大型深水浮式结构物,是集油气处理、储卸油、供电、人员生活等多功能于一体的深海油气综合开发处理中心,国内针对深水半潜平台的设计还处于起步阶段,特别是在深水半潜平台船体管道应力分析方面仍面临着巨大挑战。基于CAESAR Ⅱ软件,以ASME B31.1为计算评判标准,研究了适用于船体管道应力分析的计算标准,给出了适用于恶劣环境与复杂船体变形条件下的船体管道载荷,编制了船体管道应力分析工况,完成了对船体超高穿舱立管、四边形非金属压载系统、船舷外SCR立管的设计校核,设计了适用于深水半潜平台船体结构特点的新型管支架,并应用于我国首座自主设计、建造的深水半潜平台中,为今后深水半潜平台船体管道设计提供依据,还可为同行提供借鉴参考。 As a large-scale deepwater floating structure, a deepwater semi-submersible platform is a comprehensive development and treatment center for deep-sea oil and gas which integrates oil and gas treatment, oil storage and unloading, power supply, personnel life,and other functions. However, the design of deepwater semi-submersible platforms is still in its infancy in China. Particularly, the hull piping stress analysis of deepwater semi-submersible platforms is highly challenging at present. Taking ASME B31.1 as calculation evaluation criteria, this paper studies calculation criteria for the hull piping stress analysis with CAESAR Ⅱ. Further, it presents the hull piping load applicable to a harsh environment and complex hull deformation conditions and sets the working conditions for hull piping stress analysis. The design and verification are carried out regarding super-high risers through column, ringlike non-metallic ballast system, and SCR risers outside shipboards. A new type of piping support, suitable for the hull structure of a deepwater semi-submersible platform, is proposed and applied to the first self-designed and built deepwater semi-submersible platform in China. This research provides a basis for the hull piping design of deepwater semi-submersible platforms.
