摘要
13.8 kV海底电缆与海底管道并行布设,研究海底管道受电缆的电磁干扰,确保管道自身及沿线附近人员的安全非常必要。采用软件构建13.8 kV海底电缆与海底管道的计算仿真模型,模拟海底电缆正常运行、单相对地短路故障、电缆铠装层破损等工况下海底电缆对海底管道的电磁干扰影响。仿真结果表明:在电力电缆正常运行时,海底管道所受交流干扰水平低,无交流腐蚀风险;在单相对地短路故障时,管道涂层电压低于设计限值,无须采取缓解措施,接触电压低于人体安全电压;在电缆铠装层破损时,海底管道所受交流干扰水平低,无交流腐蚀风险。
The 13.8 kV submarine cable is laid in parallel with the submarine pipeline.It is necessary to study the electromagnetic interference of the power cable to ensure the safety of the pipeline and the people nearby.A simulation model of 13.8 kV submarine cable and submarine pipelines is built to research the electromagnetic interference of submarine cable to submarine pipeline under normal conditions,single line-to-ground(SLG)fault,and damaged cable armor layer.The simulation results show that when the power cable is operating normally,the submarine pipeline suffers from a low level of alternating current(AC)interference without AC corrosion.When the SLG fault occurs,as the pipeline coating voltage is below the design limit,no mitigation measures are required and the contact voltage is safe for humans.When the cable armor layer is damaged,the AC interference level is low for the submarine pipeline,and there is no risk of AC corrosion.
