大口径长输管道水域段漂管施工技术

Construction technology of water-area drifting pipeline section of large-diameter long-distance pipeline

在江南水网和沿海滩涂地段,大面积水域段管道安装是施工的难题,此种地段地基承载力较差,全自动焊重型设备通行和作业难度极大。经多个项目调研和验证,对以往施工方案进行总结和改进,形成了大面积水域管道漂管施工技术。从水域边漂管平台的搭建方案、漂管平台上管道的分段预制、管道的漂管发送、围堰排水、挖沟沉管以及后续压载安装和管沟回填等方面对水域段漂管施工技术进行了介绍,通过项目现场验证,此方法成功解决了水域段管道施工难题,在施工进度、质量和成本上取得了满意的成果,可为水网地区和沿海滩涂地区管道施工提供有益的借鉴。

In Jiangnan water networks and coastal beach areas,pipeline installation in a large water area poses challenges to construction because of the poor bearing capacity of foundation and the difficulties in movement and operation of heavy equipment for automatic welding.After investigation of and verification by multiple projects,this paper summarizes and improves previous construction schemes and then develops a construction technology for drifting pipeline sections in large water areas.The technology is introduced from aspects of the construction scheme of a platform for drifting pipeline beside water areas,pipeline prefabrication on the platform for drifting pipeline,drifting pipeline setting out,embankment and drainage,trenching and pipeline placement,loading and installation,and backfilling.As validated on site by the project,this method solves the difficulties in pipeline construction in water areas and yields satisfactory results in terms of the construction schedule,quality,and cost,which can provide a valuable reference for pipeline construction in water networks and coastal beach areas.
