再生器锥段内燃法整体热处理技术

摘要 大型炼厂建设时,大型设备因受运输条件的制约,选择分片运抵现场,现场组焊后进行整体热处理。辽阳石化俄罗斯原油加工优化增效改造工程重油催化裂化装置,再生器为其核心设备,再生器锥段采用分片运输现场组焊后整体热处理方式施工。介绍了再生器锥段采用内燃法进行整体热处理的方法和工艺流程,描述了地面整体热处理各项施工要点。结合现场实际情况制定了合理的热处理工艺,为今后类似大型设备的现场整体热处理提供可行的经验。 Large-scale equipment has to be transported to the site in parts due to the limitation of transportation during huge refinery construction.Then bulk heat treatment is implemented after assembling and welding on site.The regenerator is the core section of the heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company for the Russian Crude Oil Processing Optimization and Efficiency Improvement Project.Its conical part is constructed according to the above-mentioned procedure.This paper introduces the technical process regarding bulk heat treatment of the conical part of the regenerator by internal combustion and describes key points of construction for bulk heat treatment on the ground.Moreover,the paper formulates a heat treatment process suitable for actual construction site conditions,which provides available experience for the bulk heat treatment of similar large-scale equipment on site.
