摘要
因油气管道焊口开裂引起的泄漏事故会造成巨大的经济损失,也会给环境及生命财产安全带来严重威胁。介绍了非接触式磁应力检测技术在管道异常焊缝定位和缺陷分级评价中的应用。通过开挖验证以及缺陷焊缝的无损探伤,表明环焊缝的定位偏差小于1.5 m的占比为90%,缺陷分级评价结果的符合率为72%,验证了磁应力检测技术在管道焊缝定位及异常环焊缝分级评价上的可行性。
The cracking in oil and gas pipelines causes huge losses to economics and poses a great threat to the environment,life,and property.Non-contact detection technology was used in the positioning of abnormal weld and graded assessment of weld defects.According to excavation verification and nondestructive detection,90%of the positioning deviation is less than 1.5 m and the conformity rate of graded assessment reaches 72%.It proves magnetic stress detection technology is reliable in abnormal weld positioning and defect assessment.
