摘要
海洋平台导管架主结构一般由结构管构成,这类项目在加工设计阶段需大量绘制脚印图用于指导管系组对施工,其绘制速度和质量将直接影响加工设计效率和实际安装精度。针对传统绘图方法低效易错的问题,在明确TEKLA模型导出文件结构与脚印图绘制需求的基础上,通过向量方程求解和矩阵变换计算得到输入数据与输出数据之间的转化关系,再使用批处理、VBS和AutoLISP语言进行编程,实现脚印图绘制的自动化和批量化,并在大型导管架项目陆丰12-3 WHP中顺利应用,取得了良好效果。
Offshore platform jackets are mainly constructed with structural pipes.Massive footprint drawings are needed to match pipe pairs during the construction.Productivity and quality of footprint drawings directly affect design progress and accuracy of construction.For improvement in the traditional low-efficiency and error-prone drawing,this paper applies the vector equation and matrix transformation to obtain the relationship between input and output based on TEKLA output files and demand for footprint drawings.VBS and AutoLISP are combined with batch processing to automate the drawing in bulk.The improved method has been applied in the LUFENG12-3 WHP oilfield development project with good results.
