工业园区交通拥堵综合治理策略研究--以苏州工业园区为例

Study on Comprehensive Management Strategy of Traffic Congestion in Industrial Parks:Taking Suzhou Industrial Park as an Example

工业园区承担着产业集聚、创新孵化等一系列的重要使命。交通是城市发展的重要引擎,因此交通品质提升才能更好地支撑工业园区高质量发展。该文以苏州工业园区为例,通过调查数据挖掘,深入分析工业园区交通拥堵产生的原因症结。针对工业园区现阶段交通发展遇到的特有问题,在资源约束条件下,提出用地开发从产业主导向产城融合转变,路网建设从增量发展向存量优化转变,公交完善从设施建设向模式创新转变,停车管理从粗放式向精细化转变等四方面交通拥堵综合治理策略,为我国工业园区交通改善提供一定的借鉴和参考。

Industrial parks undertake a series of important missions,such as industrial agglomeration and innovation incubation.The improvement of traffic quality can support the high-quality development of the industrial park,because traffic is an important engine of urban development.Taking Suzhou Industrial Park as an example,this paper deeply analyzes the causes and crux of traffic congestion through investigation and data mining.In view of the unique problems encountered in the traffic development of the industrial park at the present stage,considering resource constraints,four comprehensive treatment strategies for traffic congestion are proposed:transformation of land development from industry leading to industry city integration,transformation of road network construction from incremental development to stock optimization,transformation of public transport improvement from facility construction to mode innovation,transformation of parking management from extensive to sophisticated.This paper provides some reference for the traffic improvement of industrial parks in China.
