Exploration and Practice of Street Design under the Mode of"Small Block and Dense Road Network":Taking Wuhan Optical Valley Central City as an Example

“小街区、密路网”模式日益受到国内城市规划者的青睐,街道设计理念近几年也被国内各大城市所重视。该文结合武汉光谷中心城的建设过程,详细分析了“小街区、密路网”模式下街道设计的理念变革,梳理了城市建设过程中遇到的难题,并进一步提出了在现行制度框架内的解决方案,以期为其他城市的街道建设提供有益参考。

The mode of"small block and dense road network"is increasingly favored by domestic urban planners,and the concept of street design has also been valued by major cities in China in recent years.Based on the construction process of Wuhan Optical Valley Central City,this paper analyzes the concept change of street design under the mode of"small block and dense road network",combs out the problems encountered in the process of urban construction,and further puts forward the solutions within the current institutional framework,in order to provide useful reference for the street construction of other cities.
