摘要 阿尔兹海默病是一种起病隐匿的神经系统退行性疾病,其表现为进行性认知功能减退。circRNAs是一种共价封闭的单链环状非编码RNAs,可影响许多蛋白质编码基因的表达。CircRNAs通过充当转录调节因子、microRNA海绵和蛋白质模板发挥生物学功能。越来越多的证据表明,circRNAs在阿尔兹海默病中起关键作用,并且可具有治疗这种疾病的潜力。本文将讲述CircRNAs在神经炎症、氧化应激和自噬以及Aβ的产生和降解等中发挥重要的调节作用,探讨CircRNAs治疗阿尔兹海默病的潜力。 Alzheimer’s disease is a neurodegenerative disease with an insidious onset,which is manifested as progressive cognitive decline.circRNAs are covalently closed single-stranded circular non-coding RNAs that can affect the expression of many protein-coding genes.CircRNAs perform biological functions by acting as a transcriptional regulator,microRNA sponge,and protein template.There is increasing evidence that circRNAs play a key role in Alzheimer’s disease and have the potential to treat this disease.This review will describe that CircRNAs play an important regulatory role in neuroinflammation,oxidative stress and autophagy,as well as the production and degradation of Aβ,and explore the potential of CircRNAs in the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease.
