[目的/意义]与其他智库类型不同,绿色智库的鲜明特质集中表现在价值取向上的绿色色彩、在理论构建上的生态学基础以及在政策指向上的环保诉求等具体维度。了解其基本内涵、发展历程和具体阶段有利于全面理解与有效利用不同绿色智库产出的思想产品,对于凝聚生态文明智慧、解决生态环境问题具有重要的实践启示。[方法/过程]本文主要对绿色智库的概念特征、生成逻辑和发展历程三个方面进行深入分析,旨在全面呈现绿色智库生成发展的整体路线图。[结果/结论]本文认为,总体上绿色智库的发展路径呈现出与环境意识的萌发、环境新社会运动的发展及环境政策的发展演变有密切相关性,绿色智库的发展也对塑造环境意识、环境政策及提升本国在生态环境保护领域的国际影响力有着重要作用。

[Purpose/significance]Different from other types of think tanks,the distinctive characteristics of green think tanks are:concentrating on such specific dimensions as green color in value orientation,based on ecological theories and orientating in environmental protection policies.Understanding its basic connotation,developing course and concrete stage is beneficial to fully understand and effectively utilize the thought products produced by different green think tanks,and there are important practical enlightenments for condensing the wisdom of ecological civilization and solving ecological environmental problems.[Method/process]This paper mainly analyzes the concept characteristics,generation logic and development process of green think tanks,in order to present the overall road map of green think tanks’development.[Result/conclusion]It is considered that the development path of green think tank is closely related to the germination of environmental consciousness,the development of new environmental social movement and the development and evolution of environmental policies on the whole.The development of green think tanks also plays an important role in promoting the shaping of environmental awareness,environmental policy,and enhancing the country’s international influence in the field of ecological and environmental protection.
