鉴于现行电力行政执法受制于法律法规、体制机制、人才队伍等因素制约,发挥不到其应有作用,同时又面临诸多法律风险,广州地区创建新型电力行政执法模式,尝试克服传统模式诸多弊端,为我国电力行政执法模式建设探索出了一条可行的路径。
