摘要
基于某试验平台槽式太阳能集热器跟踪系统的跟踪机构、工作原理及特点,分析液压控制系统电磁阀芯卡涩造成基座变形、断裂故障的原因,提出针对此类问题的解决办法和预防措施。
Based on the tracking mechanism,working principle and characteristics of the trough solar collector tracking system of an experiment platform,analyses are conducted on the causes of base deformation and fracture faults due to the jamming of the solenoid valve core of its hydraulic control system,and the corresponding solutions and preventive measures for dealing with similar problems are put forward.
