The leakage of high-pressure heater and its influence on the power units are described.In view of the potential failure risks including steam turbine ingress,excessive temperature difference between the upper and lower cylinders of turbine,and dynamic and static frictions,etc.Due to the poor tightness of extraction check valves and motor-driven doors,and the preventive measures against leakage of high-pressure heaters are put forward so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of units.
