350 MW机组电泵组故障分析及对策

摘要 围绕某火力发电厂5,6号机电泵组出现的前置泵震振动大,密封漏水,润滑油无法进入电泵前置泵驱动端轴瓦和油室,及液力耦合器油温超标、主油泵斜齿轮损坏等故障进行原因分析,并制定实施了切实可行的对策措施。 Based on the failure analyses such as excessive vibration and seal leakage of booster pumps,lubricating oil’s failure to access into the drive-end bearing shell and oil chamber of the booster pumps,as well as excessive oil temperature of hydraulic coupler and the damage of helical gears of its main oil pump occurred in the motored feedwater pumps of unit 5,6 for a coal-fired power plant,feasible and effective countermeasures are formulated and well implemented.
