徐州市企业研发机构高质量发展的推进策略研究

Research on the promotion strategies of high-quality development of R&D institutions in Xuzhou enterprises

企业研发机构是提高企业自主创新能力、加强区域核心竞争优势的重要载体,发挥好企业研发机构的作用对徐州市增强科技创新驱动力和经济社会转型发展具有重要意义。文章对徐州市企业研发机构的建设现状、存在问题等进行了分析,提出了通过加强政府引导支持力度、聚焦研发机构多层次培育、构建产学研合作新模式、助推行业区域均衡发展等对策措施,多措并举,推动企业研发机构建设,进一步提升徐州区域科技创新能力。

The enterprise R&D institution is an important carrier to improve the ability of independent innovation and strengthen the regional core competitive advantage.It is of great significance for Xuzhou city to strengthen the driving force of sci-tech innovation and the development of economic and social transformation to give full play to the role of the enterprise R&D institutions.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the construction of the enterprise R&D institutions in Xuzhou,and puts forward some countermeasures such as strengthening the government’s guidance and support,focusing on the multi-level cultivation of the R&D institutions,constructing a new mode of cooperation between industry,university and research,and promoting the balanced development of the industry region.
