The top-level design of the smart medical care information system in this paper is mainly applied to the information management system of hospitals. It is mainly composed of the system technical framework and the system R&D and integration. It integrates the relevant technologies of cloud computing, data fusion and transmission and exchange, metropolitan area network and medical Internet of Things, integrates the IT infrastructure and medical infrastructure, and breaks through the space-time limitation of the traditional hospital medical system. Through the core module of“Medical Data Cloud Center”and intelligent decision-making of information technology, the best medical service system can be improved.
