摘要
华北地区煤层底板受奥灰承压水威胁,充分改造煤层底板至承压含水层间隔水层性能,是实现安全采掘的一种有效的防治水技术。河南义煤集团孟津煤矿11011工作面水文地质条件较复杂,奥灰水严重威胁着工作面的安全生产。文章通过注浆加固实现了"充填裂隙、加固底板"的作用,构造了复杂高承压水区域设计,实施了底板注浆改造,将奥灰含水层改造成隔水层,封闭了工作面底板岩层过水通道,改造了底板隔水层的承压强度,抵御透水率在90%以上,增强了底板抵抗突水的能力,实现了工作面安全回采。
Coal seam floor in North China is threatened by Ordovician limestone confined water.It is an effective water control technology to fully transform the performance of the interval between coal seam floor and confined aquifer.The hydrogeological conditions of 11011 working face in Mengjin Coal Mine of Henan Yimei Group are complex,and the Ordovician limestone water seriously threatens the safety production of the working face.The function of“filling cracks and strengthening the bottom plate”is realized through grouting reinforcement.The bottom plate grouting transformation is designed and implemented in the area with complex structure and high confined water,which makes the Ordovician limestone aquifer into an impermeable layer,closes the water passage of the bottom slate layer of the working face,transforms the bearing strength of the bottom plate impermeable layer,resists the water permeability above 90%,and enhances the ability of the bottom plate to resist water inrush.The safe mining of working face is realized.
