摘要 针对目前机场场面管理系统相关系统因缺少管制意图信息不能及时预防场面运行风险的问题,文章提出了一种基于空管语音识别场面运行风险预警方法,本方法基于空管陆空通话语音识别出的结构化的管制意图指令,结合A-SMGCS系统的监视、飞行计划数据对跑道侵入风险进行逻辑判断计算,提前向管制员发出预警提示,使管制员及时发现和纠正错误,最大限度地提前预防因管制员、飞行员"错、忘、漏"发生对错跑道、跑道侵入事件,为塔台管制单位防控场面运行风险提供更及时、智能、全面的技防安全堡垒。 Aiming at the problem that the current systems for airport surface management system cannot prevent surface risk in time due to lack of control intent information,this research proposes a method of predicted alerts for runway incursion risks based on air traffic control voice recognition.This method is based on the structured control intent instruction recognized from the air traffic control voice in ground-air calls,combing with the monitoring of ASMGCS and flight plan data,thus the risk of runway incursions is logically judged and calculated.Then predicted alert prompts are issued to controllers in advance so that the controllers can detect and correct errors in time and maximize the early prevention of runway incursions and off the runway due to“mistakes forgetting or omissions”of controllers and pilots.This method provides tower control units with a more timely,intelligent and comprehensive technical security fortress to prevent and control airport surface risk.
