New ideas for training nursing talents under COVID-19 epidemic

新冠疫情对全国各地医院护理人才培养产生了深远影响,护理人才短缺和优质护理人才数量不足,因此,加强高质量护理人才培养和完善培养机制建设将刻不容缓。文章研究了目前护理人才培养所面临的一些问题,并提出建立符合实际的培养方案,以期对护理教育改革有所助益。

COVID-19 epidemic has had a profound impact on the training of nursing talents in hospitals across the country.There is a shortage of nursing talents and an insufficient number of high-quality nursing talents.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the training of high-quality nursing talents and improve the construction of training mechanism.This paper studies some of the problems facing nursing talent training,and proposes establishing a practical training plan in order to be helpful to the reform of nursing education.
