四时五脏脉法是源于《黄帝内经》的脉法,根据"脏气法时"的理念,天人相应,年、月、日之"四时"均与五脏相应,通过对四时五脏相关、脉法诊断思维模式、脉法常变、脉法应用等进行整理总结,析四时五脏之疑惑,明脏气法时之内涵。推广吕俊知医师所悟四时五脏脉法,加深对疾病转归预后的了解,从而指导中医的临床诊疗。

The pulse method of four seasons and five zang organs originated from the Huangdi Neijing.According to the concept of"Zang Qi Fa Shi",heaven and man are corresponding,and the"four seasons"of year,month and day are corresponding to the five zang organs.This paper analyzes the doubts of the four seasons and five zang organs and the connotation of the method of Zang Qi Fa Shi by summarizing the correlation of the four seasons and five zang organs,the diagnostic thinking mode of the pulse method,the constant changes of the pulse method and the application of the pulse method.Promote the four seasons and five viscera pulse method that Master Lu understood,deepen the understanding of the prognosis of the disease,so as to guide the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
