针灸治疗围绝经期干眼症疗效系统评价

Systematic Evaluation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Perimenopausal Xerophthalmia

目的:评价针灸治疗围绝经期干眼症的临床有效性。方法:搜集针灸治疗围绝经期干眼症的临床随机对照研究文献,计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、维普中文期刊数据库(VIP)、万方数据库(WF)、 PubMed数据库,检索时间为各数据库建库日期至2020年4月30日。统计学分析采用Review Manager 5.3统计软件。结果:纳入7篇临床随机对照试验,共446例患者,Meta分析得出:(1)针灸组在有效率及改善BUT、 SIT、 FSH、 LH、 E2水平方面均优于西药组;在改善FL水平方面,针灸组与西药组疗效无显著差异性。(2)针灸结合西药组在改善FL、 BUT、 SIT水平方面疗效均优于西药组。结论:针灸疗法或针灸结合西药法治疗围绝经期干眼症疗效显著优于西药疗法,但仍需高质量研究为临床治疗提供数据支持。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal xerophthalmia.MethodsA randomized controlled clinical study of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of perimenopausal xerophthalmia was collected, and the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI), VIP database(VIP), Wanfang database(WF)and PubMed database were searched by computer from the database establishment date to April 30, 2020. Review Manager5. 3 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.ResultsA total of 446 patients were included in 7 clinical randomized controlled trials.Meta-analysis showed that the acupuncture group was superior to the western medicine group in terms of effective rate and improving the levels of BUT, SIT, FSH, LH and E2. There was no significant difference between the acupuncture and moxibustion group and the western medicine group in improving FL level. The efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with western medicine in improving FL, BUT and SIT levels was better than that of western medicine.ConclusionThe efficacy of acupuncture and moxibustion therapy or acupuncture combined with western medicine in the treatment of perimenopausal xerophthalmia is significantly better than that of western medicine therapy, but high-quality research is still needed to provide data support for clinical treatment.
