摘要
目的:构建实习护生的工作适应障碍与领悟社会支持及一般自我效能感的结构方程模型。方法:便利选取天津市9所医院的419名实习护生作为研究对象,采用自行编制的一般资料调查表、中文版工作适应障碍量表、领悟社会支持量表和中文版一般自我效能感量表进行调查。使用SPSS 19.0软件和AMOS 20.0软件对数据进行统计学分析。结果:实习护生工作适应障碍总分为(18.00±5.31)分,领悟社会支持总分为(61.23±11.15)分,一般自我效能感总分为(2.52±0.59)分。模型拟合度良好,χ^(2)/df=0.93,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.98,调整拟合优度指数(AGFI)=0.99,比较拟合指数(CFI)=1.00,Tucker-Lewis指数(TLI)=0.99。模型显示,一般自我效能感在领悟社会支持和工作适应障碍之间起到部分中介作用,其影响比例为79.16%。结论:临床带教老师可通过提升护生的领悟社会支持,帮助其建立对自身的正面认知,从而降低工作适应障碍的发生,使实习工作顺利完成。
Objective:To construct the structural equation model of job adaptation obstacles,perceived social support and general self-efficacy of nursing students.Methods:419 nursing students from 9 hospitals in Tianjin were selected as the research objects.The Self-Made General Information Questionnaire,Chinese version of Work Attitude Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale and Chinese version of General Self-Efficacy Scale were used to investigate.SPSS 19.0 software and AMOS 20.0 software were used for statistical analysis.Results:The total score of word adaptation disorder among the nursing students was 18.00±5.31.The total score of perceived social support was 61.23±11.15.The total score of general self-efficacy was 2.52±0.59.The fitting degree of the model was good,χ^(2)/df=0.93,GFI=0.98,AGFI=0.99,CFI=1.00,TLI=0.99.Model displayed general self-efficacy played a partial intermediary role between perceived social support and work adaptation disorder,and its proportion was 79.16%.Conclusion:Clinical teaching teachers can help nursing students establish a positive cognition of themselves by improving perceived social support,so as to reduce the occurrence of work adaptation obstacles and complete the practice smoothly.
