In the context of global integration, all sectors of society have put forward more stringent requirements for food quality and safety. This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of colloidal gold immunochromatography,explains the application strategy of this technology, and looks forward to the future development trend of this technology, in order to provide reference for the scientific application of this technology in food detection.
