摘要
本文通过开展新疆甜瓜产区农药残留膳食摄入风险评估研究,为新疆甜瓜消费、农药残留监管及甜瓜最大残留量标准修订提供科学依据。对采自主产区的118个甜瓜样品进行农药残留检测,结果表明:检出率45.8%,检出10种农药残留,其慢性膳食摄入风险值为0.0032%~0.119%,均值为0.038%;急性膳食摄入风险值为0.14%~3.41%,均值为0.995%。
Risk assessment of pesticide resdues in melons from Xinjiang will provide a scientific basis for consumption.In this paper,118 samples of melons from production area in Xinjiang were detected.The experimental results showed that:there were 10 kinds of pesticide residues and the detected rates were 45.8%in melons,their chronic dietary intake risks expressed were 0.0032%~0.119%with an average of 0.038%,and their acute dietary intake risks expressed were 0.14%~3.41%with an average of 0.995%.
