Determination of Dehydroacetic Acid in Food by Gas Chromatography

摘要 建立气相色谱法测定食品中脱氢乙酸的分析方法。样品经正己烷提取,弃去正己烷层,加入乙酸乙酯提取后,氮吹至近干,用乙酸乙酯定容至1 mL。气相检测器为FID,外标法定量。结果显示,在0.10~10.00 mg·L^(-1),线性方程y=21091x+19260,相关系数为0.9992;脱氢乙酸的添加回收率为71.0%~87.7%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.69%~3.93%;检出限为1.15×10^(-5)g·kg^(-1),定量限为2.08×10^(-4)g·kg^(-1)。此方法具有提取过程简单、操作便捷、结果准确可靠且重现性好等优点。 The sample was extracted by n-hexane,the n-hexane layer was discarded,ethyl acetate was added,nitrogen was blown to near dry,and the volume was fixed with ethyl acetate to 1 mL.Gas phase detector for FID,external standard method quantification.The results show that in the range of 0.10~10.00 mg·L^(-1),the linear equation y=21091x+19260 and the correlation coefficient is 0.9992.The recoveries of dehydroacetic acid were 71.0%~87.7%,and the relative standard deviations(n=6)of the determination results were 1.69%~3.93%.The limit of detection was 1.15×10^(-5)g·kg^(-1)and the limit of quantification was 2.08×10^(-4)g·kg^(-1).This method has the advantages of simple extraction process,convenient operation,accurate and reliable results and good reproducibility.
