基于PLSR分析云烟浸膏挥发性成分对卷烟感官品质的影响

Influence of Volatile Components of Yunnan Tobacco Concrete on Sensory Quality of Cigarette Using PLSR Analysis

采用大孔树脂分离纯化法、超临界CO_(2)萃取法、分子蒸馏法对云烟浸膏进行改良处理,制备烟草精制物,对精制物进行挥发性成分分析和感官评吸,采用偏最小二乘回归法(PLSR)对云烟浸膏中挥发性成分与卷烟感官品质进行相关性分析发现:挥发性成分对口腔刺激/舌部灼烧、烟气浓度、劲头这三个指标影响建立的模型拟合度最高,能够有效解释挥发性成分对感官指标的影响,但只有少数挥发性成分才对卷烟感官品质存在显著性影响,大部分挥发性成分对于卷烟感官品质无显著性影响,卷烟香气主要是各挥发性成分互相作用的结果。

The refined Yunnan tobacco concrete was prepared by macroporous resin separation and purification method,supercritical CO_(2)extraction method,and molecular distillation method.The volatile components in obtained products were analyzed and sensory evaluation was conducted.Using partial least square regression method(PLSR),the correlation between the volatile components in Yunnan tobacco concrete and the cigarette sensory quality was analyzed.It was found that the volatile components have the highest degree of fit on the indicators of oral irritation/tongue burning,smoke concentration,and strength,which can effectively explain the influence of volatile components on sensory indicators.However,only a few volatile components have a significant impact on the sensory quality of cigarettes.Most volatile components have no significant impact on the sensory quality of cigarettes.The aroma of cigarettes is mainly attributed to the result of the interaction of various volatile components.
