Comparison of Clinical Anti-Acne Mark Efficacy of Two Essences

研究了两款化妆品祛痘印精华的临床功效对比,选取30位20~40岁志愿者,随机分成两组,每组15人按要求在脸部连续使用4周祛痘印精华。利用无创仪器检测方法,分别测试受试者使用前后经皮水分流失TEWL值、皮肤白度、皮肤红度、面部卟啉的变化情况,并用VISIA-CR面部成像系统拍摄面部图片。结果显示,使用样品之后,两组志愿者的痘印都有不同程度的消褪现象,其中A组皮肤红度显著减少,B组皮肤白度显著提高,两组之间没有显著性差异。

The clinical efficacy comparison of two cosmetics acne marks removing essence was studied.Thirty volunteers aged 20-40 years old were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 15 people in each group using anti-acne marks essence on the face continuously for 4 weeks as required.The changes of TEWL value,skin whiteness,skin redness and facial porphyrin before and after use were measured by non-invasive instrument detection method,and facial images were taken by VISIA-CR facial imaging system.The results showed that after the use of the samples,the acne markss of the two groups of volunteers had different degrees of fading phenomenon,in which group A could significantly reduce the skin redness,group B could significantly improve the effect of skin whiteness,there was no significant difference between the two groups.
