摘要
劳动教育的实践性决定了劳动教育需要学校、家庭、社会的共同参与,形成家校共抓,全社会共育的格局。但在劳动教育的实施过程中,劳动教育形成了省会优质学校、县城普通学校以及乡村学校的多层分化的自平衡系统。新时代劳动教育实施过程中突困的着力点在于变革劳动教育体系以打破当前的自平衡系统。劳动教育的治理与改进依赖通过去偏见、去执见、去己见的方式变革劳动教育价值观,降低对劳动结果的关注提升对青少年学生劳动过程的关注,通过补充劳动教育评价体系对劳动教育实施多层次、多样化评价。
The practicality of labor education determines why labor education needs the joint participation of schools,families and society,which forms a pattern of joint efforts of families and schools and joint education of the whole society. However,in the implementation of labor education,labor education has formed a multi-layer differentiated self-equilibrium system of provincial capital high-quality schools,county ordinary schools and rural schools. The focus of the sudden difficulties in the implementation of labor education in the new era is to change the labor education system to break the current self balancing system. The governance and improvement of labor education depend on changing the values of labor education by eliminating prejudice,prejudice and self-opinion,reducing the attention to labor results and improving the attention to the labor process of young students:By supplementing the labor education evaluation system,we implement multi-level and diversified evaluation of labor education.
