精准测量航标灯节奏光的有效光强,是航标灯技术管理的重要内容。概述了航标灯闪光有效光强检测的现状及其存在的问题,论述了航标灯在闪光状态下检测其有效光强的必要性,提出了在闪光状态下直接对航标灯闪光光强进行测量的方法,分析了所涉及的关键技术问题,逐一进行研究,并给出技术结论。这一方法对于提高我国航标灯闪光有效光强检测能力具有很强针对性。

It is a major content of the technical management of beacon lights to precisely measure the effective light intensity of the rhythmic light of beacon lights. The paper briefly introduces the current situation of the measurement of the effective light intensity and the existing problems. It studies the necessity for such measurement and proposes methods for the direct measurement of the light intensity under the flash status.Furthermore, it probes into key technical problems one by one and provides technical conclusions. The method is highly targeted for improving the measurement of the effective light intensity of flash beacon lights in China.
