阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征患者UPPP术后领悟社会支持对自我健康管理水平的影响

Influence of perceived social support and self-health management level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome after UPPP

目的分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者悬雍垂腭咽成形术(UPPP)术后领悟社会支持对自我健康管理水平的影响。方法选取浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院2018年12月至2020年12月收治的104例OSAHS患者,均行UPPP治疗,术后1个月采用领悟社会支持量表(PSPP)与成年人健康自我管理能力测评工具(AHSMSRS)评估患者的领悟社会支持、自我健康管理水平;收集患者基线资料,分析不同资料特征患者AHSMSRS评分,重点分析OSAHS患者UPPP术后领悟社会支持与自我健康管理水平的关系。结果104例OSAHS患者UPPP术后PSPP评分中,家庭支持维度评分为(16.05±4.55)分,朋友支持维度评分为(13.86±3.72)分,其他支持维度评分为(15.65±4.08)分;104例OSAHS患者UPPP术后自我健康管理水平一般,AHSMSRS评分平均得分为(115.87±12.41)分;积极应对的OSAHS患者UPPP术后AHSMSRS评分高于消极应对的患者(P<0.05)。经多重线性回归分析,结果显示,3个因素[家庭支持(X_(1))、朋友支持(X_(2))、其他支持(X_(3))]可能是导致OSAHS患者UPPP术后自我健康管理水平的影响因素(P<0.05),得到方程:Y=80.218+0.792X_(1)+0.973X_(2)+0.605X_(3)(F=13.078,R^(2)=0.282,调整后R^(2)=0.260)。结论OSAHS患者UPPP术后领悟社会支持可能对患者自我健康管理存在一定影响。

Objective To analyze the influence between perceived social support and self-health management level in patients with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)after uvulopalatopharyngoplasty(UPPP).Methods A total of 104 patients with OSAHS admitted to Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital,Zhejiang University School of Medicine from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research subjects,all patients were treated with UPPP,the perceived social support scale(PSPP)and adult health self-management self-rating scale(AHSMSRS)were used to assess the perceived social support and self-health management level of patients one month after operation,and the baseline data of patients were collected,the self-health management ability of patients with different data characteristics was analyzed,the relationship between perceived social support and self-health management level of OSAHS patients after UPPP was mainly analyzed.Results In the PSPP score of 104 OSAHS patients after UPPP,the score of family support dimension was(16.05±4.55)points;the score of friends support dimension was(13.86±3.72)points;and the score of other support dimensions was(15.65±4.08)points;the self-health management level of 104 OSAHS patients after UPPP was general,the average score of AHSMSRS was(115.87±12.41)points,the AHSMSRS score of OSAHS patients with positive coping was higher than that of OSAHS patients with negative coping after UPPP(P<0.05).Through multiple linear regression analysis,three factors[family support(X_(1)),friend support(X_(2))and other support(X_(3))]may be the influencing factors leading to the average self-health management level of OSAHS patients after UPPP(P<0.05).The equation was as follows:Y=80.218+0.792X_(1)+0.973X_(2)+0.605X_(3)(F=13.078,R^(2)=0.282,adjusted R^(2)=0.260).Conclusion The perceived social support of OSAHS patients after UPPP may have some influence on their self-health management level.
