基于生命意义为主导的灵性照护对晚期肺癌患者希望水平及社会支持水平的影响

Influence of meaning of life oriented spiritual care on the level of hope and social support in patients with advanced lung cancer

目的探讨基于生命意义为主导的灵性照护在晚期肺癌患者中的应用效果。方法选择2019年2月至2020年6月江苏省南通市第六人民医院收治的晚期肺癌患者120例,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组联合应用基于生命意义为主导的灵性照护。干预后3个月,比较两组希望水平和社会支持水平。结果干预后3个月,观察组脱落2例,对照组脱落4例。两组希望水平评分均高于同组干预前,且观察组亲密关系、积极行动、积极态度、希望水平总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组社会支持水平评分均高于同组干预前,且观察组客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度、社会支持水平总分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于生命意义为主导的灵性照护有助于促进晚期肺癌患者希望水平的养成,提升社会支持水平。

Objective To explore influence of meaning of life oriented spiritual care on the level of hope and social support in patients with advanced lung cancer.Methods A total of 120 patients with advanced lung cancer admitted to the Sixth People’s Hospital of Nantong City,Jiangsu Province from February 2019 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received combined spiritual care based on meaning of life.Three months after intervention,hope level and social support level were compared between the two groups.Results Three months after intervention,two cases in the observation group and four cases in the control group were fell off.The scores of hope level in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the total scores of intimacy,positive action,positive attitude,and hope level in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of social support level in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the total scores of objective support,subjective support,support utilization,and social support level in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Spiritual care based on the meaning of life is helpful to promote the development of the level of hope and improve the level of social support of patients with advanced lung cancer.
