中国中医科学院西苑医院卫生专业技术人员高级职称评审SWOT分析

SWOT analysis of senior health professional title accreditation in the Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences

随着医疗体制改革的不断深化,医疗市场竞争逐渐加剧,医院的发展正面临前所未有的挑战,职称评审作为一项人才评价的重要制度,在推动医院卫生队伍建设、优化队伍结构方面起着重要作用。本文以中国中医科学院西苑医院为研究对象,结合高级职称数量、年龄结构、职称结构、专业分类的分布情况,运用SWOT分析法对中医医院职称评审的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战四个维度进行全面分析。最后从完善标准、修订制度、政策导向、提升信息化水平等方面提出措施建议,旨在加强职称评审的科学性、客观性,激发医务人员的主动性和创造性,不断推进医院战略发展。

With the continuous deepening of medical system reform and the gradual intensification of competition in the medical market,the development of hospitals encountering unprecedented challenges.Professional title accreditation,as an important system of talent evaluation,plays an important role in promoting the construction of hospital health team and optimizing the team structure.This paper takes the Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences as the research object,combined with the distribution situation of the number of senior titles,age structure,title structure,and professional classification,SWOT analysis is used to comprehensively analyze the four dimensions about strengths,weaknesses,opportunities,and threats of the professional title accreditation in the Chinese medicine hospital.Finally,measures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving standards,revising systems,policy orientation,improving the level of information technology,and so on,aiming at strengthening the scientific and objective of professional title accreditation,stimulating the initiative and creativity of medical personnels and continuously promoting the hospital strategic development.
