摘要
针对城市轨道交通长锚段架空刚性接触网的拉出值布置,对比分析正弦波布置方式、V型布置方式以及膨胀接头布置方式对受电弓滑板滑动磨耗的影响,提出采用膨胀接头连接的等斜率和等锚段长度新型拉出值布置方式,使得受电弓滑板磨耗均匀,能够较好地解决由于膨胀接头设置在拉出值为0位置导致的滑板磨耗不均匀问题,相关研究成果可为长锚段架空刚性接触网拉出值布置提供参考。
With regard to the arrangement of rigid suspended OCS in long tensioning length of urban rail transit,with comparison and analysis of the influence of sine wave arrangement,V-shaped arrangement and expansion joint arrangement on sliding wear of pantograph carbon stripe,a new type of arrangement of staggers with equal slope and equal tensioning length connected by expansion joint is proposed,it enables the even wear of pantograph carbon stripe and is able to solve the problem of uneven wear of the carbon stripe caused by the expansion joint set at the location with the stagger value of 0.The relevant research results are able to provide reference for arrangement of staggers of rigid OCS in long tensioning length.
