摘要
在分析接地线专用线夹夹轨方式的基础上,针对其夹紧、松卸钢轨时无效作业时间长的问题,提出了改变夹轨接触面位置的设计思路,并据此研发两种快速夹轨装置。经过现场试用证明该设计思路可行,两种快速夹轨装置均可满足接触网检修作业中接地线接地端快速夹轨需求。
Based on the analysis of the rail clamping mode of the earth wire,the idea of changing the contact position of the rail clamping was put forward in view of the long invalid operation time of clamping and loosening the rail.Two kinds of fast rail clamping devices were designed according to the idea.Through field trial,it was proved that the idea was feasible and the two kinds of fast clamping devices could meet the needs of fast clamping at the earth terminal of the ground wire in overhead contact system maintenance.
