肾透明细胞癌患者趋化因子CCL5、CD105的表达与血管生长转移及预后的关系 被引量:1

Correlations between Expressions of Chemokines CCL5 and CD105 with Vascular Growth,Metastasis,and Prognoses of Patients with Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma

摘要 目的分析肾透明细胞癌(RCCC)患者趋化因子CCL5、CD105的表达与血管生长转移及预后的关系。方法收集2016年6月—2019年6月收治的RCCC(研究组)156例的临床资料。选取同期在本院进行健康体检的健康体检者69例纳入对照组。对比2组CCL5、CD105表达情况及CD105标记的微血管密度(MVD)值;分析CD105标记的MVD值、CCL5阳性表达与RCCC临床病理特征的关系及CCL5表达与CD105标记的MVD值的相关性。比较不同CCL5、CD105表达RCCC患者的总生存率、无进展生存率。结果研究组CCL5、CD105阳性表达率高于对照组,且研究组CD105标记的MVD值高于对照组(P<0.01)。CD105标记的MVD值随RCCC患者临床分期、病理分级增高而增加,CCL5阳性表达率随RCCC患者肿瘤直径、临床分期、病理分级增高而增加(P<0.01)。RCCC患者CCL5与CD105标记的MVD值呈正相关(r=0.421,P<0.05)。RCCC患者中CCL5、CD105阳性表达者总生存率、无进展生存率均低于CCL5、CD105阴性表达者(P<0.01)。结论RCCC患者CCL5、CD105阳性表达率及CD105标记的MVD值增高,推测上述因子参与了RCCC的发生、发展过程,可作为RCCC早期诊断及预后判断的分子标志物。 Objective To analyze correlations between expressions of chemokines CCL5 and CD105 with vascular growth,metastasis and prognoses of patients with renal clear cell carcinoma(RCCC).Methods Clinical data of 156 patients with RCCC(research group)admitted between June 2016 and June 2019 was collected,and another 69 healthy people who had undergone physical examinations at the same period were included as control group.In two groups,expressions of CCL5 and CD105 and the value of microvessel density(MVD)labeled by CD105 were compared;correlations between CD105-labeled MVD value and CCL5 positive expression with clinicopathological features of RCCC,and the correlation between CCL5 expression with CD105-labeled MVD value were analyzed.The overall survival(OS)rates and progression free survival(PFS)rates were compared among RCCC patients with different CCL5 and CD105 expressions.Results Positive expression rates of CCL5 and CD105 and CD105-labeled MVD value in the research group were higher than those in control group(P<0.01).CD105-labeled MVD value was increased with increasing clinical stage and pathological grade of RCCC patients,and positive expression rate of CCL5 was increased with increasing tumor diameter,clinical stage and pathological grade of RCCC patients(P<0.01).There was a positive correlation between CCL5 with CD105-labeled MVD value in RCCC patients(r=0.421,P<0.05).The OS rate and PFS rate of patients with positive expressions of CCL5 and CD105 were lower than those of patients with negative expressions of CCL5 and CD105(P<0.01).Conclusion The positive expression rates of CCL5 and CD105 and CD105-labeled MVD value in RCCC patients are increased.It is speculated that the above factors are involved in the occurrence and development of RCCC,which may be used as molecular markers for early diagnosis and prognostic judgment of RCCC patients.
