基于在线开放课程的社区护理学混合式教学模式的构建与实践 被引量:4

摘要 目的构建与实践基于在线开放课程的社区护理学混合式教学模式,并评价其实践效果。方法本课程采用线上结合线下混合式教学模式开展教学。线上教学采用中国大学MOOC平台的中南大学的慕课社区护理学,由教学团队根据广州中医药大学教学实际建成异步SPOC。线下教学以社区健康教育实践为主。在混合式教学开展前及课程结束后对学生进行评估,评价该教学模式对培养学生社区护理核心能力的优势。同时通过期末闭卷考核评价学生的学习效果。结果课程结束后,混合式教学所在班级学生社区护士核心能力达中等及以上水平者占81.11%(73/90),社区护士核心能力总分得分为(130.77±12.53)分,经统计学分析与开课前总分得分的对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。闭卷考试中学生的答卷情况较为理想。结论该模式改变传统课堂式教学,方式新颖,学生接受程度和兴趣较高,对培养护生社区护理核心能力、加强课程学习者的社区护理认同感有一定优势。 Objective To construct and practice the blended teaching mode of community nursing based on online open course, and to evaluate its practical effect. Methods This course adopts the combination of online and offline blended teaching mode to carry out teaching. The online teaching is based on the course of Central South University on MOOC platform which is called community nurs-ing. The teaching team has built an asynchronous SPOC based on the actual teaching of the university. The offline teaching mainly focuses on the practice of community health education. The students in the teaching reform class were assessed before and after the course, to evaluate the advantages of this teaching model in training nursing students ’core competence of community nursing. At the same time, the learning effect of students through the final examination was evaluated. Results At the end of the course, 81.11%(73/90) of the students in the class in which the blended teaching was conducted had a medium or higher level of core competence of community nurses. The total score of core competence of community nurses was(130.77 ±12.53), the statistical analysis showed that there was significant difference between the total score before the beginning of the course( P<0.01). In the examination, students’ scores were generally higher. Conclusion The teaching mode changes the traditional classroom teaching. The method is novel, and the students’ acceptance and interest are high. It has certain advantages in cultivating nursing students ’core competence of community nursing and strengthening the community nursing identity of course learners.
