目的探析PDCA循环叠加PBL教学法使用于医学影像学带教过程中的意义。方法课题针对2018年5月—2020年6月40名医学影像学实习生开展数值研究,实验组采取PDCA叠加PBL教学方式,参照组采取PBL教学方式,研究各项结果。结果实验组影像学理论专业知识项目考查分数值、影像学图像分析项目考查分数值、影像学报告书写项目考查分数值、影像学结果鉴别诊断项目考查分数值、认为可激发学习方面兴趣人数、提升学习方面能力人数、加强团队合作能力人数、培养问题分析方面能力人数、培养问题解决方面能力人数、培养言语表述方面能力人数、培养阅片方面能力人数、提升理论专业知识方面理解程度人数较参照组调查结果内容增加(P<0.05)。结论在医学影像学带教过程中选择PDCA叠加PBL教学方式得到较优教学效果。

Objective To explore the significance of PDCA plus PBL teaching method in the teaching process of medical imaging.Methods 40 medical imaging interns from May 2018 to June 2020 were selected to carry out numerical research. The experimental group adopted PDCA and PBL teaching method, and the control group adopted PBL teaching method. The results were studied. Results Experimental imaging theory of professional knowledge project examination score value, the radiographic image analysis project examination score value, imaging examination score value report writing project, project examination score value in differential diag-nosis imaging results, that can stimulate interest in learning, enhance learning number ability, strengthen the team cooperation ability,the number of train the ability of problem analysis, develop problems Compared with the reference group, the number of people with the ability to solve problems, the number of people with the ability to develop verbal expression, the number of people with the ability to read films, and the number of people with the ability to improve the understanding of theoretical professional knowledge increased(P<0.05). Conclusion In the process of medical imaging teaching, PDCA and PBL teaching method can get better teaching effect.
