基于数据挖掘技术对中药复方治疗卵巢早衰用药规律的研究

Study on the Medication Rules of Chinese Medicine Compound in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Failure Based on Data Mining Technology

目的基于数据挖掘技术分析治疗卵巢早衰中药用药规律。方法检索近10年中国科技期刊数据库(维普)、万方数字化期刊全文数据库、中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)等有关卵巢早衰的中医文献,筛选运用Endnote X8软件、SPSS 22.0建立数据库并进行统计分析及挖掘用药规律。结果根据纳入标准,共纳入181篇文献,其中使用药物2628次,包括不同中药148味。对使用频次超过平均频率以上的药物进行分析,发现使用频次前3位的单味药物分别是熟地黄、当归、菟丝子;中药治疗卵巢早衰多选用补虚药,其次是活血化瘀药。中药多归肝经、肾经、心经;聚类分析得到药物组合42个。结论治疗卵巢早衰多从肝、肾论治,用药多以温补为主,多从补虚及活血化瘀等方法进行组方治疗。

Objective Based on data mining technology to analyze the law of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of premature ovarian failure(POF).Methods Searching the Chinese medical literature on premature ovarian failure such as the China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Digital Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and other TCM literatures related to premature ovarian failure in the past ten years,Endnote X8 software and SPSS 22.0 were screen and use to establish a database and make statistics,the rules of medication were analyzed and mined.Results According to the inclusion criteria,a total of 181 articles were included,among which 2628 medicines were used,including 148 different Chinese medicines.Analyzing the drugs used frequently above the average frequency,it is found that the top three single-flavor drugs used are Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica sinensis,and Cuscuta seeds.Traditional Chinese medicines usually use tonic drugs for POF,followed by activating blood and removing blood stasis drugs.Traditional Chinese medicines are mostly attributed to the liver channel,kidney channel and heart channel;42 drug combinations were obtained by cluster analysis.Conclusion The treatment of POF is mostly based on the liver and kidney,the medication is mostly based on warming and tonic,and more prescriptions are based on the methods of invigorating deficiency and promoting blood circulation.
