加味益肾强骨汤治疗骨性关节炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Yishen Qianggu Decoction in the Treatment of Osteoarthritis

目的探究加味益肾强骨汤治疗骨性关节炎疗效及对患者IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α的影响。方法选取大连市广益德中医医院收治的骨性关节炎患者92例,根据随机对照表分为对照组和试验组,其中试验组46例,对照组46例。对照组患者予以塞来昔布胶囊200 mg日1次。试验组在对照组的基础上予以加味益肾强骨汤日1剂。2组均持续治疗4周。治疗结束后对比分析2组患者临床疗效、白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)及不良反应情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组临床总有效率较高,治疗后试验组IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平较低(P<0.05)。2组患者不良反应率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论加味益肾强骨汤治疗骨性关节炎疗效显著,可明显降低血清炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、TNF-α水平,安全性高,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To explore the curative effect of modified Yishen Qianggu decoction on osteoarthritis and its influence on IL-1,IL-6 and TNF-α. Methods 92 patients with osteoarthritis in Dalian Guangyide Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were col-lected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random control table, including 46 cases in the experi-mental group and 46 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were given celecoxib capsules 200 mg, qd, and the experimental group received more with Yishen Qianggu decoction. 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical ef-ficacy, interleukin-1(IL-1), interleukin-6(IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with the control group, the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group was higher, and the levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α were lower(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate be-tween the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Modified Yishen Qianggu decoction has significant curative effect in the treatment of os-teoarthritis, which can significantly reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors IL-1, IL-6 and TNF-α, with high safety, and has the value of clinical promotion.
