基于脏腑气机升降探讨上热下寒证形成机制及辨证分型

Exploration of the Formation Mechanism and Syndrome Differentiation of Upper Heat and Lower Cold Syndrome from Ascending and Descending Disorder of Zang-fu and Qi Movement

探讨上热下寒证形成机制,从脏腑气机升降失常角度分析,认为上热下寒证形成与中焦脾胃升降失常、心肾不交及肝肺功能失调有关。在此基础上,从脏腑辨证角度对上热下寒证进行分型辨证,可以分为胃热脾寒证、心热肾寒证、肺热脾寒证及胆热脾寒证4个基本类型,并指出各证型相应的代表方剂,为临床辨治上热下寒证提供具体参考。

The formation mechanism of upper heat and lower cold syndrome,and analyzes from the angle of ascending and descending disorder of zang-fu and qi movement was discussed.It concluded that the formation of upper heat and lower cold syndrome is related to the rise and fall disorder of spleen and stomach,heart and kidney incompatibility and liver and lung dysfunction.On this basis,from the Angle of syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,specific syndrome analysis of upper heat and lower cold syndrome can be divided into four basic types:stomach heat and spleen cold syndrome,heart heat and kidney cold syndrome,lung heat and spleen cold syndrome and gallbladder heat and spleen cold syndrome,and points out corresponding representative formulations of each syndrome type,providing specific reference for clinical differentiation and treatment of upper heat and lower cold syndrome.
