Discussion on Pathogenesis of Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

盆腔炎性疾病后遗症乃本虚标实之证,多为虚实夹杂,尤以气血亏虚为本,气机郁结、血瘀、湿浊为标,因此治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,常常从虚、郁、瘀、湿入手,以益气养血、调理气机、活血化瘀、温阳升清祛湿等为治法治则,扶助正气的同时,兼顾祛除邪气,多法联用,随证治之。

The sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease are the syndrome of deficiency of essence and excess of superficiality, and mostly mixed with deficiency and excess, especially with deficiency of qi and blood as the base, with qi stagnation, blood stasis,dampness as the standard, so the treatment of the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease often starts from deficiency, depression,stasis and dampness, the therapeutic principle is reinforcing qi and nourishing blood, regulating qi activity, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, warming yang and ascending clear, and removing dampness and so on, strengthen healthy atmosphere and remove ecchymosis simultaneously, by combination of multiple methods and treatment according to syndrome.
