柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗胃脘痛合并焦虑抑郁状态患者50例临床观察

Chaihu Shugan Powder Combined with Dailixin in the Treatment of Epigastric Pain with Anxiety and Depression for 50 Cases

目的探究柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛)对胃脘痛合并焦虑抑郁状态治疗的临床疗效。方法在门诊部选择100例胃脘痛伴焦虑抑郁状态的患者作为研究对象,并对其排序后打乱成2个组,且对照组与治疗组各50例。其中,对照组的治疗方式为柴胡疏肝散加减治疗,治疗组的治疗方式则是柴胡疏肝散联合黛力新治疗。10 d为一个疗程,观察4个疗程后总有效率及治疗前后汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分。结果治疗组与对照组的总有效率分别是88.0%(44/50)和72.0%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者的HAMD评分和服药前相比更低一些,其中治疗组比对照组更低。结论对胃脘痛合并焦虑抑郁状态进行治疗的过程中尝试了柴胡疏肝散加减联合黛力新的治疗方法并获得了良好的治疗效果,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and summarize the clinical effect of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Dialyxin(Flupentixton melitracine)in the treatment of epigastric pain with anxiety and depression.Methods In outpatient department,100 patients with epigastric pain and anxiety and depression were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into two groups after sorting,and the number of control group and treatment group were 50 cases.The control group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder,while the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Dialyxin.Each treatment cycle was 10 days.The total effective rate after 2 courses of treatment and HAMD score before and after treatment was observed(Hamilton Depression Scale).Results The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 88.0%(44/50)and 72.0%(36/50)respectively(P<0.05).The HAMD scores of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before medication,and the treatment group was lower than the control group.Conclusion The application of Chaihu Shugan powder combined with Dailixin in the treatment of epigastric pain combined with anxiety and depression is effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
