加味脱敏煎治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

Clinical Observation on Modified Tuomin Decoction in Treating Cough Variant Asthma

目的观察加味脱敏煎治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将62例患者随机分为对照组、治疗组。对照组30例予以吸入用布地奈德混悬液联合硫酸特布他林雾化液治疗,治疗组32例仅予以加味脱敏煎口服。观察2组临床症状积分、血清Ig E值、疗效等指标好转情况。结果治疗后治疗组在临床症状、体征总积分方面低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);治疗组在血清Ig E值改善方面优于对照组(P <0.05);治疗组总有效率90.63%(29/32)高于对照组总有效率76.67%(23/30)(P <0.05)。结论加味脱敏煎治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效较好,能够减轻患者临床症状,降低血清Ig E水平,明显提高治疗有效率,可临床应用推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Tuomin decoction on cough variant asthma.Methods 62 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group(30 cases)was given budesonide suspension combined with terbutaline sulfate atomization solution for inhalation,while the treatment group(32 cases)was only given modified Tuomin decoction orally.The clinical symptom score,serum IgE value and curative effect of the two groups were observed.Results After treatment,the total score of clinical symptoms and signs in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of serum IgE in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group 90.63%(29/32)was significantly higher than that in the control group 76.67%(23/30)(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Tuomin decoction has a good effect on the treatment of cough variant asthma,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,reduce serum IgE level,and significantly improve the treatment efficiency.It can be applied and promoted in clinic.
