胰胆舒汤对胆囊切除术后综合征患者胃肠激素的影响

Influence of Yidanshu Decoction on Gastrointestinal Hormones in Patients with Syndrome after Cholecystectomy

目的探究胰胆舒汤对胆囊切除术后综合征患者胃肠激素的影响。方法选择中国医科大学附属盛京医院胆囊切除术后综合征患者68例,随机分为2组,各34例。对照组予以茴三硫片治疗;试验组在对照组治疗基础上给予胰胆舒汤治疗,4周为1个疗程,均治疗1个疗程。治疗结束后比较2组临床疗效、胃肠激素及不良反应发生率。结果与对照组相比,试验组总有效率91.18%(31/34)高于对照组的61.76%(21/34),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后GAS水平较低,MOT水平较高(P<0.05)。2组不良反应相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论胰胆舒汤治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效较好,推测其作用机制是通过降低患者血清GAS水平,升高MOT水平,改善胃肠激素水平。

Objective To explore the effect of Yidanshu decoction on gastrointestinal hormones in patients with syndrome after cholecystectomy.Methods 68 cases of postoperative syndrome after cholecystectomy in Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were randomly divided into two groups,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received trisulfide tablets,and the experimental group received Yidanshu decoction based on the treatment of control group,4 weeks as a course of treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,gastrointestinal hormone and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical total effective rate of the experimental group 91.18%(31/34)was higher than control group 61.76%(21/34),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the GAS level was lower and the MOT level was higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Yidanshu decoction has a good effect in the treatment of post cholecystectomy syndrome.It is speculated that its mechanism is to reduce the serum GAS level,increase the MOT level and improve the gastrointestinal hormone level.
