温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效及其对关膝关节功能的影响。方法对膝关节骨性关节炎患者进行筛选,共纳入符合标准的患者134例,随机分2组,各67例,对照组予常规治疗,治疗组加用温针灸治疗。观察比较2组中医症状积分和膝关节功能评分,并计算分析2组临床总有效率。结果治疗组中医症状积分降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);相较于对照组,治疗组WOMAC指数下降更显著(P<0.05);治疗组的临床总有效率为91.04%(61/67),优于对照组的74.63%(50/67)(P<0.05)。结论温针灸可以改善膝关节骨性关节炎患者临床症状,缓解疼痛,恢复膝关节功能,对于膝关节骨性关节炎有较好的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To study the efficacy of warm needle moxibustion in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effect on knee joint function.Methods Patients with knee osteoarthritis were screened.A total of 134 patients met the criteria were included and randomly divided into two groups,67 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the treatment group was given additionally warm needle moxibustion.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and knee function score of the two groups were observed and compared,and the total clinical effective rate of the two groups was calculated and analyzed.Results The decrease of traditional Chinese medicine symptom score in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the WOMAC index in the treatment group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.04%(61/67),which was better than that of the control group 74.63%(50/67)(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm needle moxibustion can improve the clinical symptoms of knee osteoarthritis,relieve pain and restore the function of knee joint.It has a good therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis and is worthy of clinical application.
