正交设计法优化连柏洗剂的提取工艺

Optimizatiom of Extraction Process for Lianbai Lotion

目的优选连柏洗剂的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验设计,以HPLC法测定的盐酸小檗碱、蛇床子素的含量以及提取液相对密度为评价指标,优选出最佳提取工艺。结果连柏洗剂的最佳提取工艺为药材加入10倍量的水浸泡10 min,煎煮提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选的提取工艺稳定、合理、可行。

Objective To optimize the best extraction process of Lianbai lotion. Methods Using orthogonal design method,the contents of berberine hydrochioride and osthole determined by HPLC and the relative density as index were used to optimize the best extraction process. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows:the herbal medicines were soaked for ten minutes in ten times of water,decocting three times,with one hour for each time. Conclusion The optimum extraction process is stable,rational and feasible.
